Digital Release for Clear Dollar Stamps

Hello everyone! It's that time of the month!

 Time for Clear Dollar Stamps -

 Clearly Digital image release!

Today I am debuting two new digital sets

 available right now at CDS!!

Be sure and check out the CDS blog for info 

and tips on how to use digital images!!

Both sets are from our new designer, AUSTIN OWENS!

My first sample uses her new set:

Sunflower

I REALLY love this sunflower image. 

The bold lines make it really fun to color.

 I used Distress inks as watercolors to color this. 

I added a touch of toffee chalk ink around the edges.

My next card uses Austin's set - Tulips

For this card I also used Distress inks, 

layering shades of pinks and reds.

I love pink tulips! They just make me smile!

Garden by Austin Owens

Today's post features a lovely digital image

 by Austin Owens for Clear Dollar Stamps.

This one is called "Garden"

I used the words as my focal point and then used

 a flower digi and flipped the image and merged them.

A little distress ink and some colored pencil and you have a nice simple card!

Digi Release day for Clear Dollar Stamps!

Always one of my favorite days of the month!

 Release day!! CDS has some fun new digis!!

The first set I will be sharing with you comes

 from our newest designer Austin Owens!

This set is called Back to School. AWESOME school themed digis!!

For this card I just repeated the crayon image and colored with Tombow markers.

The sentiment was computer generated.

Card # 2 uses the same set, just with the pencil image:

Same as above only using the pencil instead.

Card #3 features another of Austin's set. This one is called "Rose".

I used the Gerbera Daisy from the set. LOVE Gerbera Daisies!!!

I colored this one with colored pencils.

Sweet Sunday Sketch #149

Today's card is for  

  Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #149.

Here is the sketch for this week:

My card uses a digital image

 from Clear Dollar Stamps

called Sweet and Spicy.

I printed the image onto 

colored paper (Bazzil) before 

coloring with colored pencil. 

Other papers are from Fancy Pants.

Icicle border is a diecut

 from My Favorite Things.

This was a fun sketch to use!

Today I am featuring another of the digital

 This cute little squirrel make such a cute birthday card!

I colored him with colored pencils. Background paper is Basic Grey.

Tea-rriffic! New digital image from Clear Dollar Stamps

Greetings! I have a Tea rriffic card to share with you today.

I am very pleased with how this card turned out!

I love this new digital tea set from CDS. 

This is from their August 2011 release.

For my card I used the

 tea bag, flower label and the words You are tea-rriffic.

After printing the image - I distressed it using Spun Sugar and Tea dye.

I cut out the flower label and the tea bag to create a dimensional image.

I then used the distress inks Worn lipstick, Spiced Marmalade

 and peeled paint to color the flowers and leaves.

Background paper is from Basic Grey.

Inside of card:

I used the same distress inks using the 

direct to paper technique to add the color.

I can't believe it's the middle of May already!

 WOW - time just flies by!

then colored with my colored pencils.

Better late than NEVER - Digi release for Clear Dollar Stamps!

Today's post is the April 15th Digital release

 for Clear Dollar stamps!

 I had some computer issues yesterday

 and was not able to get this one posted!

So here it is - this card features a

 new darling digi called Sentimental Kitty.

I colored with colored pencil blended with mineral spirits.

 Background paper is from MME. 

Designer Labels are from CDS.

The kitty would be super cute paired 

with the Sentimental Puppy from last month!
