Pink or Blue????

Hello Friends!

Today is a big day for me!

I get to find out (hopefully) if my soon to
be grandbaby is a boy or girl!!!!

In celebration of this exciting day,
I made two different cards using the
same digital image from K 'n K Designs.

I watercolored this adorable
 image with watercolor crayons.
The Tag is a Quick Kutz die and the
Love stamp is from Lockhart stamps.

If you have not yet seen Katlyn's Blog -

Taylored Expressions Sketch #135

This is the first time I have played along with
one of Taylor's sketch challenges!

Check out her site:

I just love this sketch - it's so cute!
I have been a fan of Taylor's stamps for a while now -
finally decided to play along for a chance
to win some of her great stamps!

I am also throwing my hat in the
 ring for her Design Team!

The stamps are from Skipping Stones Design -
 the cutest coffee set around!
I stamped the images in Memento Rich Cocoa,
colored with colored pencil and then
distress over the images with Tea Dye Distress ink.
The paper is from My Minds Eye, Stella and Rose line.

I am also entering this card in the
The Spotted Chick weekly challenge.
That's Krafty #49
Their challenge was to use Kraft paper.
Not a challenge for me since I LOVE kraft!!

Thanks for visiting today!
Comments are appreciated!
See you soon!

Sunday Stampin

Hello there!
Today's card is for two different challenges today.
I used sketch #108 from Card Patterns.

I am also entering this card in the
to do a monochromatic color card
 with three buttons.

For me - the biggest challenge was to
figure out what color to use!

I found ADORABLE red buttons
 from Doodlebug Design.

So I went in search of all things red.

I found this cute bone pattern paper,
also from Doodlebug Design.

I decided to use this Balloon Critter Dog
 from Bugaboo Stamps.
I thought he went well with the bone paper.

I colored the image with colored pencils
 blended with mineral spirits.

I really like this sketch!
I think it will be one I use over and over.
Thanks for stopping today!

Leave me a comment if you will!
I always appreciate hearing from you!
