Today's card features a digi from Austin Owens
 for Clear Dollar Stamps. 

This one comes from the set, Back to school.
 Cute, cute school themed digis.


I printed the pencil and then added computer generated words. 
I colored the image with Derwent Inktense Colored Pencils.

Rose by Austin Owens

 You would be right! This gerbera daisy digi is from
 a set by Austin Owens for Clear Dollar Stamps called "Rose" .
 I just love this simple daisy. So fun to work with!

For my card I used a sentiment from the set
"Are we there yet?' Love this set with all the travel themed digis!


I used some distress ink to color the oval using the direct to paper technique. 
Background paper is from Pebbles.

Clear Dollar Stamps CIC 56



Hello - welcome to Clear Dollar Stamps Clearly Inspired Challenge #56! The challenge this time is Get Wet. I used an older image called Sails, Subs and Tugs. Great images for a masculine themed card!

I colored the image with colored pencils an blended with mineral spirits.
 I hand wrote the words on the fishtail flag.
 I added some diamond glaze to make the water look wet.

Clear Dollar Stamps Digital Relase

Welcome to the July Digital release for Clear Dollar Stamps!
 We have some SUPER CUTE new digis being release today!!!
 Let's get to it!!
My first cards uses a new set from one of our
 newest designers, Austin Owens!
This set is called "Sheepies"


I used some distress inks to create the grass and the sky.

Card # 2 a set also from Austin -
Birthday Invitations


I used the Distress Inks summer colors set to paint the image.

Card # 3 uses a set from Lisa Lara called
 Cherries on top


This set is just so cute!!! Love the cherries!
I colored with colored pencil and then used some 
diamond glaze to make it look like they are in a glass jar!

The Bright Colors of SUMMER!



Hello and welcome to Clear Dollar Stamps July Blog hop! I hope you arrived here via Deonna's blog! If not - pop on over to the newly designed CDS DIGITAL Blog and start from the beginning!! The new blog is simply beautiful!! You must check it out!!
 The theme for this month is the Bright colors of Summer! My favorite season!! For my card - I used an image that was released in June of this year called Hanging out. 

I made this an easel card. I have not made made easel card for a 
while and this seemed to be the perfect image for it!

I made this card to be a 5" square card. 
The papers are from Pebbles and Bazzil.
 I colored with colored pencils and blended with mineral spirits.
 I added a bit of bakers twine and a couple of mini clothes pins.

Clear Dollar Stamps CIC 55

Hello - welcome to Clear Dollar Stamps Clearly Inspired Challenge #55! The challenge this time is Some Like It HOT. This theme was open to interpretation, so I used colors from the warm side of the color wheel! I used a new digi from our designer Lisa Lara called Scoops. 


I printed my digi onto printed paper (by Jilli Bean) and then did some paper piecing. The large flag die is from Lil' Inkers. I hope you will join us in this challenge!

Clear Dollar Stamps Monthly Blog Hop!

My card today features newly released digital set called Stitched Stars. 
I made my card in a red white and blue theme to celebrate the 4th of July!



I printed my digi onto a natural white paper and then I added
 some Distress ink in antique linen to give it an aged look. 
I then added color with Tombow markers and a white Signo pen. 
I used a fishtail flag die and cut it out of some cute patriotic paper.

Digital release day at Clear Dollar Stamps!


It's time for Clear Dollar stamps digital release for June!
Today I am previewing two set for you!
 My first card uses an image from the set Oceans of Joy. 
I colored this darling calm image with watercolors
Background paper is from Basic Grey.

Card number two uses the set What a Melon.
I used the triangle wedge from this set. 
I added color with Tombow Markers and a waterbrush. 
To make the seeds shiny I used a black glaze pen.

conGRADulations!

Well, it's that time of year!! Graduation!
 I don't know about you, but I have a lot of
 grad parties to go to this summer! 
Clear Dollar Stamps has just released a really cute
 new digi called conGRADulations.
I used this set to make a boy card and a girl card. 
I colored the image with colored pencil.

For my card I used the chicken image from the Farm Critters set. This set was just released in digital format this month!


I printed the digi onto watercolor paper then colored it with my Tombow markers and a waterbrush.

CIC 51 - What goes up must come down

Hello and welcome to Clear Dollar Stamps
 CIC Challenge #51!
The theme for today is
 'What goes up, must come down"
I used a digital image by our
 very own Lisa Lara called 'Chutes". 


How could you not love this little piggy?!
I printed him onto watercolor paper and then added color with watercolor crayons. The flag die is from Little Inkers and the clouds are a Memory Box die. I believe the paper is from Cosmo Cricket (from my stash).

April Digital release for Clear Dollar Stamps

Hello! 
It's time for Clear Dollar Stamps Digital release!! 
They have a wonderful assortment of new digis this month!!
 I am lucky enough to preview two of the new sets! 
My first card uses the set called Splash.
 Designed by our very own Lisa Lara!

I printed onto colored paper and 
then added color with colored pencils. 
One of my favorite techniques for using digis!

Clear Dollar Stamps February Digital Release!

Hello and welcome to the 
February Digital release at

Today I am previewing two 
new digital images that are now available!

My first card uses the lovely digi- 
Butterfly Bunny


I printed the image onto a textured Bazzil paper and then colored with colored pencils. I added a few accents with Tombow markers.

The banner is a die cut available from My Favorite Things.

CIC43- Valentines

Hello Friends!
 Today's Clearly Inspired challenge 
was to make a Valentine card.
 I used a new digital image called

I'm really happy with how it turned out!
Today I experimented with 
watercoloring with my
 Tombow Markers.
I love the look you get with these markers!
I will have to make an effort to use them more.
