Cornish Heritage Farms Challenge #7

Hello and welcome to my blog!

 I am hosting the CHF challenge this week! 

My theme is Animals.

For my card I used the digital image

 582D - All Ears Dog.

Doesn't he just look like he's waiting to hear his favorite word - "walk".

I had some dog park themed paper in my stash that I thought

 worked perfectly for this cute little guy! 

I used my banner die from Whimsy stamps and

 my alphabet from My Favorite Things.

Cornish Heritage Farms Challenge #6

Hello! Todays challenge is hosted by Michele L. 

She challenged us to use the color theme

 black, white and a color of our choice! 

I love black and white and I chose to add RED to the mix. 

I made my card a 5 1/4" square card. I added a touch of color 

with Tombow markers and a waterbrush.

The flower die cut is from My Favorite Things.

Today's challenge was to use a Summer time theme for your project. 

I made a card using the digital image Mushroom Lane.
To me, mushrooms just scream summertime!

I colored the image with Tombow markers and a waterbrush.

Cornish Heritage Farms Challenge # 04!

Hello! 
Todays challenge was to make a birthday card or tag.

 I chose to make a card. 

 I used the digital image Birthday Dog #390.


Isn't he just a cute image! I colored him with colored pencils.

 I don't remember who's paper it is.

Cornish Heritage Farms Challenge # 2

Hello - it's time for Cornish Heritage Farms Challenge # 2. 

The challenge this week was to use pearls and lace on your card.

 I decided to just use pearls on mine. 

The image I used is a digital called Comfy Chair.

I printed the digi onto white paper and then added color

 with Tombow markers blended with a waterbrush.

The background paper is from Jillibean.

Hello! It's time for the Cornish Heritage Farms challenge!

 The challenge was to make a baby card.

I used the digital image, Daisies in can. 

I computer generated the sentiment.

After printing, I colored with Tombow markers and a waterbrush.

You can join in this fun challenge!

Create a card using CHF images. You can use either CHF digi or rubber stamps to create a card or project…. anything you like as long as the stamps are Cornish Heritage Farms.

 (Yes, they can be older stamps.)

CHF Day 4 sneak peek!

Welcome to day 4 of our sneak peek week for 

Cornish Heritage Farms!

Today I used the backgrounder stamp,

 Lined paper (available for purchase on the 19th).

I paired it with a digital stamp (CHF, available now) and

 a die cut alphabet from Quick Kutz.

I made the card large so I could use the entire stamp. 

Digi was colored with colored pencil.

I am happy with how it turned out!

Tomorrow is the big blog hop! 

Rumor has it that there will be blog candy!

Cornish Heritage Farms - Day 3

Here we are at Day 3 of our sneak peeks for 

Cornish Heritage Farms!

I hope you have been enjoying all the exciting new samples you have been seeing!

For today, I used a rubber stamp set called 

Key Elements (available for purchase on the 19th).

Key Elements is an ATC set. 

I had forgotten how much fun ATC's are to make!

For these ATC's I distressed the backgrounds and stamped the images in black. Pretty easy!

Cornish Heritage Farms Sneak Peek Day two

Welcome to CHF's day two sneak peeks!

For today's cards I went all digital.

These digis are available right now at the store!

I made mini square cards (3 x 3). 

Images were colored with colored pencil

 and blended with mineral spirits.

My first card for the sneak peeks uses a new backgrounder stamp called "woodgrain". I paired it with two digital stamps from CHF, Pig digital stamp and Sow's things digital stamp.
The digital stamps are already available at the store!

 I printed the image onto colored paper and then

 added color with colored pencil.

Woodgrain is inked with Distress ink and 

stamped onto kraft paper.

Think Spring!

Hello Friends! 

I thought today would 

be a good day to 

THINK SPRING! 

I got this cute digi from 

Cornish Heritage Farms. 

They are having a design team call and

 for fun I entered using this card!

Flower Wheelbarrow Digital Stamp

I watercolored the image using

 my Derwent Inktense Colored Pencils. 

I really like the bold colors 

you get from them.

My newest favorite embellishment

 is the tiny metallic dot I used on the wheel.
